The Company

Two ways to build,
one philosophy.

"Polymichaniki Ltd was founded in 2000 by Konstantinos Arvanitis — working in design and construction ever since."

Since 2009 our headquarters has stood in our own building in Gerakas, Athens — a move made necessary by the company's steady growth from its earlier base in Maroussi. Our philosophy shows in the projects we choose: a strong presence today, and the foundations for an even stronger future.

We build using heavy‑duty steel‑frame structures with a high‑specification envelope — securing near‑total earthquake resistance and dramatically reducing energy loss, a method proven for over 20 years across Germany, the USA and Canada — and conventional reinforced‑concrete frame and cast construction, the tried‑and‑tested standard across Greece. We choose the right method for each project, and deliver both to the same exacting standard.

Η ΠΟΛΥΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ Τεχνική Εταιρία ιδρύθηκε το 2000 από τον κ. Αρβανίτη Κωνσταντίνο και δραστηριοποιείται στον χώρο της μελέτης και κατασκευής. Η έδρα της βρίσκεται στο ιδιόκτητο κτίριο στον Γέρακα Αττικής από το 2009. Δραστηριοποιείται στη μελέτη και κατασκευή κτιρίων χαμηλής κατανάλωσης ενέργειας από το 2003, καθώς και στην εμπορική ανάπτυξη επαγγελματικών χώρων πανελλαδικά, με προσωπικό 40 μόνιμων εργαζομένων.

Foundation

Polymichaniki Ltd is founded by Konstantinos Arvanitis, based in Maroussi, Athens, focused on design and construction.

2003

EFCT Programme & first low‑energy home

Participation in the Environmentally Friendly Construction Technologies programme in Brussels, alongside Greece's first energy‑efficient residential project, built in Nea Makri.

2009

New headquarters in Gerakas

The company moves into its own purpose‑built offices on Theotokopoulou Avenue, Gerakas — a step driven by an ever‑growing project portfolio.

Today

40 specialists, one in‑house team

Architects, civil, electrical and mechanical engineers, technicians, foremen, drivers, legal and accounting staff — design, construction and project delivery handled entirely in‑house.
